Porcelain Veneers

Dr. Tanner creates beautiful, natural- looking smiles with the placement of porcelain veneers. For so many people, veneers change not only your outer beauty, but most importantly your confidence and how you feel on the inside. Before you and Dr. Tanner begin the treatment, we make sure you are fully involved in every way.

Dr. Tanner takes many factors into consideration before he begins designing your new smile. First you will sit down with him and discuss everything you want out of this process. How do you want your smile to look and feel? We would like to create a vision for exactly what you want, so we can have the best outcome possible. If you are not happy, Dr. Tanner is not happy. Everyone's genetic make up is different. Taking that into consideration, we design a smile that is custom specifically just for you. Does it fit your face? Lips? Mouth in general? Dr. Tanner puts a high level of detail into treatment planning any and all cases. Veneers are a great alternative to crowns in some situations.

Dr. Tanner will often recommend resorting teeth and improving smiles in these situations:

-Reshaping teeth to their original shape, or if they are naturally too long or short.

-Restoring teeth that have been chipped or cracked.

-Fixing the alignment of crooked teeth, or correcting bites.

-Improving the color of your smile.

-Closing spaces and unwanted gaps in the smile.

Most veneer cases will be completed in two or three visits. You will receive a temporary veneer while your permanent is being fabricated at the lab. The whole process takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the lab, and your schedule. Dr. Tanner only works with labs that use the best materials. This aids in a more beautiful and long lasting smile. Call our office today for a consultation. (206) 623-7296.
