Nick Tanner, DDS
The most amazing aspect of dentistry is that I get share my skills to help people fix, maintain, and brighten their smile. I feel like I am saving the world, one tooth at a time. Gone are the days when people have to dread going to the dentist. My goal is to help every patient of mine feel they have their very best smile so that they can be confident wherever life takes them.
I grew up in Spokane, WA, and visited Seattle with my family often. I studied at Brigham Young University and after, went to SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where I received my Dental degree in 2010. Following dental school, I moved to this amazing Seattle area where I have been practicing dentistry for the last 7 years.
I have a great passion for dentistry and treating patients as family. My five amazing kids and I love this part of the Northwest and all the fantastic events and experiences Seattle offers. My kids keep me very active and young at heart and help me keep perspective on what matters most.
I’ve wanted to be a dentist ever since I was in grade school. I felt the kindness of my dentist and his staff and knew I wanted to be a part of a team like that. I try every day to deliver the same thoughtful, gentle, and comprehensive dentistry to all my patients that I experienced.
Sarah Khan, DMD
I am in dentistry because I love helping people. I love helping them improve their health, their smile and their lives. When a client leaves the office grinning from ear to ear, and their excitement is contagious, thats when I am most satisfied. Thats what makes me the happiest and brings me the most joy.
I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the top ten dental schools in the country. I have been practicing dentistry for almost 9 years and have practiced in Chicago and then the Greater Seattle area. Besides General Dentistry, I have Advanced training in Oral Surgery, Root Canal therapy, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.
I listen to my patients carefully which is very important for building a treatment plan that best fits their objectives and needs. I understand that communication between patient and dentist is critical to a successful relationship. I make sure my patients are educated about all procedures, all treatment options are explained, and all their questions have been answered. It is my goal to provide my patients with the most comfortable and comprehensive dental experience possible.
Outside the office I love everything Seattle has to offer. I enjoy hiking in summer in the Cascades and skiing in winter. I love trying out new cuisines and restaurants and am always looking for suggestions.
I have been in the dental field for over 20 years and I love what I do. I have learned that dentistry can truly change someone’s life for the better and nothing gives me more pleasure than a patient walking out with a smile they never knew they could have. My goal is to make it easy for you to achieve that smile.
In my spare time I enjoy taking my dog Bailey to the dog park, spending time with my family, shopping and last minute weekend road trips with my girls.
Lead Dental Assistant
I have been a dental assistant for 18 years and am a lifelong learner who is committed to mastering new techniques and technologies. I understand that being in a dental chair is a stressful experience for many patients and have been told that I put people at ease with my easy going personality. I love working with people and being a part of a team restoring people’s smiles and confidence.
When I am away from the office, I love swimming, skiing and doing school activities with my teenage daughter Madison
I graduated from Clark College and have been practicing hygiene for over 18 years. I take pride in paying close attention to my patients dental concerns and I strive to provide excellent oral care.
I have worked in all types of specialties including periodontal, esthetic and general practice.
I have lived in WA State my entire life along with my two twin boys and traveling is our passion. They are fun loving 25 year olds that still enjoy family vacations. We will be adding Paris to our passports soon.
I look forward to seeing and meeting all of you at your next appointment!!
I love being a dental assistant because I realized how happy people usually are after each visit. Not only do we as dental professionals, help people change their smile but we completely change their life and there is no better feeling than seeing that beautiful smile they never knew they could have.
In my free time I enjoy shopping, going out to eat with friends, family and make up.
Insurance and scheduling Coordinator
I was born and raised in Bremerton, WA., just a ferry ride away from Downtown Seattle. I have previously lived in the Bay area of California, Northern Texas and have spent three summers living and working in Alaska. I am a traveler at heart and like spending most of my free time going to cafes, taking long road trips and exploring the beautiful northwest. Occupationally I’ve worn many hats, however, four years ago I made the switch to the dental field. I attended the Everest College and became a registered dental assistant in 2013. Instead of starting my new career as a dental assistant my first job was at the front desk scheduling patients, providing customer service and verifying insurance. I have found my unplanned role as an appointment and insurance coordinator to be enjoyable and I get a lot of satisfaction in helping patients.
I graduated in 1993 from Hudson Valley Community College in New York and have been a dental hygienist for 25 years.
In my spare time, I love spending time in nature. I like staying current with daily events. Also, I find it interesting learning about new developments in science, medical breakthroughs and astronomy. I enjoy taking care of my patients' dental health.
